Bikaranîn biguhêre

This template is used to confirm that a copyright owner has granted permission for their work to be used on Wikipedia under a free license. It should be added to the top section of the article's Talk page using the following syntax:

{{OTRS|source=source|otrs=ticket number|license=license}}

{{OTRS|source=source|otrs=ticket number|note=optional comment to appear after the ticket number}}

source is the source of the article (which may or may not be a URL).
otrs is the ticket number on OTRS under which verification of permission was received.
license is the license under which the material is released. The following options are permitted:
- Released into the public domain:
  - pd, cc0, Public domain, public domain
- Released under CC-BY-SA-3.0
  - cc, cc3, cc-by-sa, cc-by-sa-3.0
- Dual licensed under CC-BY-SA.3.0 and the GFDL
  - gfdl, dual, d, both
- Any other value, including missing, defaults to the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike license.
note is an additional, optional parameter which includes more information within the box. It may be useful, for example, to note if the licensing allows or does not allow importing additional information from the source. See Talk:Human Frontier Science Program for example in use.

DO NOT USE THIS TEMPLATE if there is no OTRS ticket to associate with it.

This template adds pages to Kategorî:Items with OTRS permission confirmed.
