There's a lot of interesting information about [[Til, Misirc]] ({{bi-tr|Çattepe}}) in [https://brill.com/view/title/35177 on pages 228 to 232 in this book]: there are important ancient ruins there: there once was a bridge across the river, or even a harbour, and a Roman altar with inscriptions from local man (Antonius Domitianus). (A .pdf version is easily obtainable.) In general that book is really useful, but for Til/Çattepe it would be really nice to get full description of the history and the ruins in the article; it seems quite obscure: obscure enough that there is no English Wikipedia article. Another chapter on Çattepe is [https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=7C7eDwAAQBAJ on pages 18-21, in this book], which ties the history and the dam to wider issues in the region.
